Cyclophosphamide / Cytoxan Cyclophosphamide, also known as cytoxan , is a nitrogen mustard-alkylating agent that blocks cell proliferation. It is widely used for many antibody mediated diseases, like autoimmune diseases, but it has large drawbacks in toxicity.

Alopecia is found in almost all its users , 80% , there are often large drops in white blood cells , and stomach upset as well as vomiting. More importantly, there is a risk of bladder , spleen , liver and lymphoma cancers with its use. Close monitoring is essential while on this medication with your doctor.
